Chris is an advisor, business executive, and entrepreneur. Chris has over 10 years of experience with entrepreneurial companies, including his own.
Prior to starting Red Granite, he was the Controller for a large single family office in the Chicago area. In this role, he learned first-hand how ultra-high net worth clients review and vet potential investment opportunities. Chris now applies that knowledge to help his clients appeal to potential investors during rounds of fundraising.
Chris has led multiple software implementations for various investment managers. His unique combination of accounting and information systems knowledge allows him to speak the language of both business decision-makers and technology professionals.
Chris loves helping his clients solve complex problems by keeping things simple. His secret is to use the Socratic Method to ask the right questions. These questions allow his clients to focus on what’s important and form their own answers.
Chris is a Certified Public Accountant and has a B.B.A and Masters of Accountancy from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He lives in Chicago with his wife and son, and enjoys travelling, playing beach volleyball, and eating too much Indian food.
